it all depends on whose hands it's in
it's not the weapon itself that is dangerous,
it's how you wield the weapon

Just a little associativity which ~Kalia gave me:
The feather represents Heinrich Heine, a German author of the 19th century, while the scissor symbolises the censorship which was powerful at that time. Since cutting bits and pieces of a writer’s work means basically cutting his heart, the blood suits here as well.

I think I already have emptied me as much as I possibly can on this already, so I'll just say that it turned out very good :thumbsup:
